Time Warner Cable is editing renewal contracts and having customers sign these contracts without informing them of the changes. Once the new contract is signed they put their customers through nightmares trying to correct the issue while charging them for these additional services the customers were not aware they were agreeing to. This company is ran by crooks and they pass you along from department to department and open tickets that never get resolved.
