investigate false phone records used to convict George Clark.

Created by B.H. on June 11, 2013

George Clark Case Number 07-CR-13-SSS-DCR United States Court, Eastern District, Kentucky. During Clarks trial the jury was exposed to false information. The government fabricated evidence in that they listed George Clark as the subscriber of a cell phone #606-854-1139. They then provided it to the jury during deliberations. Lead Investigator ATF Agent Jeff Baker, was provided with a sworn affidavit from Cingular on 12-06-2006, in which George Clark was not listed as the subscriber. The number that linked Clark to robberies in FACT DID NOT belong to him as the true record proves. Now AT&T the new owners of Cingular have provided proof Clark did not have an account with Cingular for the months the crimes happened. The number linking Clark was not his. We request a full investigation.
