Fatal shootings found justifiable. Police officers not following proper protocol. DA not following correct hearing method. Presenting case solely before grandjury without a Judge to meditate and allow proper evidence to be presented. DA that are persuading grandjury not to indict officers in fatal shootings. Family members of DA under investigation which shows conflict of interest when DA is claiming to represent all evidence against Officer yet very clear is not. DA has not had any fatal shooting officer indicted, questionable why. Officer's are using excessive force causing fatal shootings and are not being held accountable. Training material found in academies are found questionable. Investigations of fatal shootings are investigated by the depart. of officers instead of outside depart.
