Investigate the flawed implementation of the Emergency Unemployment Compensation Program

Created by D.J. on April 25, 2014

The US Department of Labor published a serious mistake in the Emergency Unemployment Compensation Program guidelines that has been subverting recovery efforts since 2008 (affecting millions of claimants and billions of ARRA $).

The "Multiple EUC Claims" Q&A found in UIPL 23-08 violates federal statutes. California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board case A0-265448 refuted this mistake on 10/20/11.

The President was notified of the problem and this appeal victory on 10/21/11 (WH9262011-61).

On 2/7/12, the US DOL made illegal threats to end the EUC08 program in California, if they dared to use the results of CUIAB case A0-265448 as a precedent to help any other affected claimants (denied benefits the same way by the same implementation errors).

Please be accountable and investigate.
