Investigate former President George W. Bush and members of his cabinet through 2003 regarding the U.S. invasion of Iraq.

According to Tyler Drumheller, the former CIA chief of clandestine operations for Europe, former CIA director George Tenet briefed President Bush in the Oval Office on Sept. 18, 2002, regarding intelligence that Saddam Hussein was NOT in possession of weapons of mass destruction (WMD). This intelligence had come from the Iraqi foreign minister, Naji Sabri, who was a member of Saddam's inner circle. According to Mr. Drumheller, Pres. Bush dismissed this information as being worthless, although it turned out to be accurate in every detail. This intelligence was excluded from the National Intelligence Estimate of October 2002, which stated categorically that Iraq did possess WMD. Congress was not aware of this, and voted for Public Law 107-243 which resulted in the 2003 Iraqi Invasion.
