We, the undersigned, petition the Obama Administration to launch an independent and objective investigation of the Bush Administration for war crimes. We are specifically requesting that George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and former CIA Director George Tenet be investigated for authorizing torture and other war crimes.
To ensure that future potential American war criminals are deterred from acting, we must first hold present-day ones accountable.
