Most claim that they have mental problems BUT they can drive an automobile, play the ponies, or gamble or sell drugs without any problems.
Others claim that they have physical conditions that limit them to keep a (32-40 hour) job BUT they seem to know what needs be done when the roofs leaking and have no problem climbing up to fix it, or crawl under an automobile and repair it.
Some with ADHD claims have no problem staying dumb in order to keep the check coming in month to month, and most of them don't even yet attend a school. Most girls wind up pregnant before 16 and know that the child too will most likely be born with the same. Most of these funds go to cell phones, computers, laptops, etc. These ADHD checks should be given to the schools and not the parents/grandparents/payee's.
