Investigate government for having a shadow government

We the people ask that a group of citizen investigators and state investigators investigate the government to seek out corrupted officials and corrupted non officials that provide underground assistance to the instability of the U.S. Government and Constitution of the United States. This is considered a treason and should be investigated thoroughly. Those who are providing underground corruption to the United States Constitution should be tried and if convicted for treason should be given the penalty provided by Constitutional Law. We need to have a Government that protects the welfare of the people without infringement on the Constitution and the rights of the people. This means that Homeland Security laws should be looked at again to make sure Constitutional Law is being used.
