We charge that the governor and state legislature without the vote of the citizens of the state of Michigan passed Right to work laws in direct violation of the 14th amendment of the US Constitution and voters rights by both exempting certain labor groups from the law . Then after passing such law made it repeal proof so the voters can not repeal it. We ask that the law be struck down and placed before the voters to approve or deny.
