UnitedHealthcare Medicare Complete Insurance has contracted hi-HealthInnovation to provide two hearing aids to policy owners, each year, for a cost of $330.00 each. They mail the aids to the individual without ear mold, which are required. They claim to have on site professionals to adjust and service the aids, at an additional cost. There are no choice of on site professionals, because they have never hear of hi-HealthInnovation and adjust and service aids they sell. What you are receiving from hi-HealthInnovation is one-half of a hearing aid and no professional service. All hearing aids must be programed and fitted to individual hearing loss and custom made ear molds are required in order to wear an behind the ear (BTE) moderate to sever hearing loss. Claims are untrue.
