We the People petition the government of the United States to investigate Hollywood corporations including, but not limited to, Viacom, Paramount, Fox and Lionsgate studios, the MPAA, and multiple "anti-piracy" agencies operating on their behalf, under RICO statutes, for their repeated abuse of copyright laws to suppress public criticism and chill free speech.
These corporations and organizations are repeatedly issuing fraudulent DMCA take-down notices against media that they do not own any rights to, falsely claiming under penalty of perjury to represent the copyright owners who originally posted the material, including specifically targeting material critical of them and their legal policies. This is corporate bullying of people who lack the resources to fight back in the courts.
