As per article II, section 4 of the United States Constitution: ""The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors."
High Crimes is defined as: "perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, conduct unbecoming, and refusal to obey a lawful order."
As a result of their gross dereliction of duty, abuse of authority, intimidation tactics, misuse of assets, and many clear examples of conduct unbecoming a spokesperson of the American people I request that our government investigate members of the House GOP under the charge of High Crime.
