Don't understand how financially stable person gets off plane from Europe, first time in USA to have baby, comes with medicaid number? ....and those here in USA whether legal or not have to wait for 3-4 months for paper work, approval, etc.....Then they leave to their country and leave USA to pick up tap!!! (fraud? internal approvals of benefits?) then THE GOVERNMENT protects them under HIPPA LAWS!!!!
I think looking into these govt medical approvals for non-needy people who don't even live here need to be investigated.....in order for "honest" people living in USA be able to get medical care.
REVISION of the Hippa Laws should also be looked into.
