We the People demand a civil and criminal investigation into human and civil rights atrocities committed by the State of Utah in regards to Fathers rights. The state of Utah has repeatedly violated the Constitutional Rights and Supreme court precedents of Fathers by denying them rights to their own children. The case of Colby Nielsen is the final straw. When a child can be ripped out of the loving arms of a devoted father against his will and consent for the sake of giving the baby to someone else, when the State makes it extremely difficult and wildly unfair for a father to have his natural rights to his own child, when they knowingly violate all federal laws in regards to parents and children, something must be done and the practice stopped. Kaylee needs to be returned to her father!
