The La Marque Independent School District (LMISD) in La Marque, TX is being closed despite having met both academic and financial standards. We would like this investigated further. The school is made up of primarily minority students, which seems to be the connecting factor with school closures within our state. Nonetheless, there is no legal basis for this action, and it has been fought at various levels with no success. Please help us to address this issue. Thank you!
