There are reports of voters in the state of Washington receiving letters from the Clinton campaign containing false information as to when and where they are supposed to caucus. The obvious intent of these letters is to deprive the recipients of their right to vote.
We call for the Department of Justice to immediately investigate these claims. If they are found to be true, this would mean that those involved in sending the letters had engaged in violation of*:
18 USC 241, Conspiracy to Deprive of Rights
52 USC 30124 (was 2 USC441h), Fraudulent Misrepresentation of Campaign Authority
Given that the claims are true, we call for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law for everyone involved.
