The Obama administration, AGAINST Dept. of JUSTICE RECOMMENDATIONS made cash payments to Iran against established regulations that prohibit the payment of anything of value (which includes cash) to those countries that appear on the State Department list of prohibited countries.
Iran is year over year since Bill Clinton and even through Pres. Obama's term been confirmed as a state sponsor of terrorism.
As such payments to Iran of anything of value are prohibited under law.
These payments must be thoroughly investigated. IF ANY PAYMENT WAS MADE CONTRARY TO LAW, then those responsible must be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
