Establish a panel to study the socioeconomic impact of future intelligent automation on the quality of life for the average US Citizen. Said panel should be composed of laypersons, learned persons and professionals, who will assess the impact intelligent/semi-intelligent technology will have on the ability of citizens to obtain and hold an occupation.
Appoint a committee to identify methodologies to implement social and economic change that will minimize the negative impacts of intelligent/semi-intelligent technology on US Society. The committee should create methods to solicit the US public for suggestions on how to implement solutions to perceived problems intelligent/semi-intelligent technology may create.
