Ask the White House to investigate the Indian River County Prosecutor's Office's application of jurisprudence for fairness and balance - that the law has been historically enforced equally across race, sex, religion, and sexual preference.

This petition is not to assign blame or moral outrage, but to ensure the LGBT community is not unfairly targeted in prosecutorial discretion. We ask law enforcement produce, to the satisfaction of the President, a record of equal vigor in heterosexual relations.
