Investigate the ineptness of the Georgia government in response to snow related weather that cripples the state.

On January 28 2014 the state of Georgia was sent into a state of emergency due to 2.5 inches of snow. This is the third time I have experienced this in the last several years. The government has failed in their ability to keep the residents of Georgia safe in a time when they are needed to respond accordingly. With people having to abandon vehicles, sleep in cars and random locations, and children being stranded at schools, daycare, and buses. Their failure to respond effectively endangered the lives of many people and costed the lives of some individuals. This can not happen nor be accepted in metropolis the size of Atlanta. For these reasons I implore our government and citizens to force a change and investigate the events that led to this state of emergency. Please act fast and sign
