We the undersigned request that the President of the United States order the Attorney General and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to investigate the injury sustained by Scott Olsen of Occupy Oakland. Tear gas and smoke canisters are to be shot at the feet of protesters, at which point the canister rolls and releases its content. In order to strike a human being in the head with a canister, the officer must fire it at the heads of the protestors. We submit that Mr. Olsen's injury may have been attempted murder.
