Order Attorey General Holder to request the creation of a Special Prosecutor to investigate Insider Trading by Congress
Since CBS news aired their "60 Minutes" story on insider trading several pieces of legislation have been introduced in Congress to "remedy" the situation. We the People demand that you order Atty Gen Holder to immediately request a Special Prosecutor be appointed to investigate any insider trading in securities by Congressmen or real estate by Congressmen. Congress should immediately pass legislation to appoint a special prosecutor under existing statutes. The investigation must conclude prior to the upcoming Presidential Election.
