Recent Democratic Party presidential primary elections, in numerous states, indicated wide discrepancies in vote as counted versus exit poll reports. Most declared “irregularities” resulted in counted votes benefitting candidate Hillary Clinton versus exit polls favoring candidate Bernie Sanders. Individuals or organizations responsible for perpetrating, condoning or certifying election results must be held accountable and consequential awarding of delegates must be reversed where appropriate. Further measures must be taken to assure that subsequent general election is corrected to satisfy the will of voting majority. This may include adjustments to electoral processes, machinery or personnel to require Electoral College to accurately declare a victor—a likely President-Elect Sanders.
