The back door of the Patriot Act has allowed intelligence community to use technology as a means to gather information. In gathering the info they torture innocent people in this country perhaps using them as pawns in a training program. These victims often are subjected to burns, simulated acts of rape and gunshots to the head etc. Many are elderly or children. The psychological abuse is related to the domestic violence wheel of control that victims of DV know so well. Many victims have been in this program for over ten yrs with no sign of relief and no place to go for help. Many get misdiagnosed with mental illness. This program causes anxiety along with PTSD and no medical is offered to these victims.
