Investigate John Boehner for Ethics Violations Relating to his Investments in Canadian Tar Sands Companies

In 2010 Boehner invested in SEVEN Canadian tar sand companies (per his 2010 financial disclosure). Since then, he has continually lied to Congress and the public to gain approval of the Keystone pipeline, ie # of jobs to be created (by T/Canada's own projections) in order to profit the oil industry, the Koch brothers (who refine 25% of tar sands and store the waste along our rivers) and his own stock portfolio. Please direct the SEC & the DOJ to launch an investigation into ethics violations, share manipulation, and profiteering by Boehner, who uses his high-ranking position in the House to enrich his own wealth. His history of 1996 tobacco payoff checks alone stands in evidence of his lack of ethics. It is long overdue he be treated like any other common criminal and held accountable.
