Issues the corrupt Dayton & Mont. County, OH already had w/me b/c i'm Black, Heterosexual & Raised S.D.A. intensified after I reported that yellow Ryder truck that sat parked & loaded w/fertilizer on the Wilkinson St. side of the Federal building here in Dayton, OH for what I thought was 4-6 wks prior too the Oklahoma City Bombing; but 8yrs or so ago I spoke with FBI Agent Mike Bush here. He was only person too look into it & a month after speaking to him, he said, "Eight weeks."; meaning it was 8wks ¬ 4-6. I think rogue/traitor-C.I.A. are involved w/that truck ... But since high school, corrupt elements in: Dayton &Mont. County, OH-Gov's joined forces w/these elements in 1995: KMC, UofD, Motoman, inc. who have & continues too vehemently violate my Civil Rights & Humane Rights. Help me!
