Kevin Modany was CEO of ITT Technical Institute ESI from 2007-2016. The majority of ITT's issues started when he became CEO. On September 6th, 2016 ITT Technical Institute closed with only an email notice to it's students and staff. This left 8000 employees without jobs and thousands of students, many on the brink of graduating, with nothing to show for their hard work.
Currently, there are thousands of former students caught in a web of debt they cannot get out of. At this writing there are not many options for these former students. We believe that this closure was the desperate move of a man hiding assets that could go towards debt relief mesaures for ITT students. We are asking that the federal government investigate Kevin Modany.
