Kmart is taking advantage of me because I am a vulnerable adult. Kmart is trying to get me to quit by lowering my pay from $10.30hr to the minimum wage of $7.25 with 18 years of seniority. This is because I am getting too close to retirement and they don't want me to retire when they are about ready to go broke and close.
My store manager is going to get himself a bonus from headquarters if he succeeds making me quit voluntarily. This must be illegal and unethical. I sure didn't get my list of jobs to do lowered either. Still doing the same jobs as before that require higher pay.
I ask you to investigate Kmart for taking advantage of a vulnerable adult.
