Larry Silverstein obviously knew about the 9/11 attacks before they happened with his timely insurance outtake on both towers 6 months before the disaster. In addition investigate WTC 7 and BBC for prior knowledge that the building was going to be "pulled" (really demolished) in Larry Silverstein's terms.
