The United States Federal Goverment and Justice Department must intercede and hear the legality of state appointed emergency financial managers. We the people feel no non elected official or entity appointed by any level of governing state officals must be comfirm to be without prejudice or being impartial to all parties and the voters. Not to do so could infringe on the constitutional rights and will of the voters.
