investigate the long term health problems of veterans that used trichloroethylene during there service in the military.

Many veterans used Tricloroethaline(TCE) as a cleaning agent during there military service.
Many of these were Blue Water Vets that due to problems with the sea water distillation systems on there ships operating off Vietnam used pure TCE to clean there bodies of oil and grease because of water shortages on there ships. Many other veterans used pure TCE on other ships and bases to clean equipment and breathed large amounts of fumes or absorbed it through there skin.
Now many veterans are having unexplained health problems and many were exposed to TCE in the service.
There have been many law suits won over health problems in amounts of TCE in ranging in the parts per billion in drinking water. Yet veterans that used pure TCE daily are being told it could not cause health problem years later
