Randall K Mataya was convicted of a murder 20 yrs ago in Manitowoc County in Wisconsin. Policeman and D.A. paid witnesses, with held evidence in favor of Randall and now even the innocence project has become involved. Witnesses that offered alibis for Randall were never brought to court and not even mentioned in ANY paperwork. Our family is pleading that Manitowoc County is FULLY investigated and anyone corrupt held accountable. New evidence found by the innocence project was denied at one point by MANITOWOC COUNTY for an appeal. Please help
