We are petitioning the U.S. government to put a stop to the Marion county, Alabama jail in regards to them treating their inmates inhumanely? They have sewage ankle deep in many cell blocks and they are forcing prisoners to walk around in it completely nude.
Having inmates live in these conditions is a violation of our 8th and 9th constitutional amendment. We are asking that a complete investigation be performed and for the jail to be closed until living conditions are improved.
