It is no wonder that insurance premiums are rising rapidly. I want to start this petition after a friend informed me that at one time when he did not have health coverage, a medical professional only charged him $20. When said friend did have health insurance, the price was well over $200 (to be filed and covered by health insurance).
Additionally, my current net pay is nearly the same as it was nine years ago, after adequate raises through the years, and I blame this on the rising medical fees from doctors for patients with insurance. This is what is ultimately leading to higher insurance premiums being deducted from my pay, along with MANY other Americans' pays. As the expense of living rises, I'm only seeing less money in my bank account. This needs to be looked into further.
