Investigate medications loosely prescribed for "mental illness" and how they themselves can be a trigger for violence.

Since the year 2000, there have been, now, twenty-seven cases of mass murder (defined as four or more victims) in the United States, as opposed to twenty total combined during the 1980s and 1990s. And before the 1980s, mass murders were actually quite rare in this country, usually averaging no more than one or two per decade. Additionally since 2000, there has been a more than 400% increase in the distribution of prescribed medications for "mental disorders". Furthermore, most, if not all, of the people involved in school and/or related shootings (or even youth suicides) have or had been on some sort of medication for "mental illness". There should be laws in place to further regulate the distribution of these mind-altering medications and they should be re-classified as Schedule III drugs
