Investigate Melania Trump for Immigration Fraud

Created by S.P. on August 04, 2016

It has come to the attention of We the People that Melania Trump, wife of current Presidential Candidate Donald "The Donald" Trump, may have possibly committed immigration fraud in 1995. Mrs. Trump appeared in a photo shoot that places her in the US in 1995, however, her description of her visa renewal process is consistent with short term visas that bar immigrants from working inside the US. If true, it is possible that Mrs. Trump falsified future visa and/or permanent resident application(s) when asked if she had ever been inside the country illegally or violated the terms of any previous visas. Additionally, if Mr. Trump was previously aware of this fraudulent behavior, he may have committed additional fraudulent acts when sponsoring her permanent resident application.
