We the undersigned are requesting an investigation of the Senate Judiciary Committee (SJC) of the 114th Congress for violation of federal statute 18 U.S.C. § 641 in regards to the Embezzlement of Public Funds in refusal to follow Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution.
By refusing to follow the law set forth in Article 2, in light of public statements made by the SJC, & in view of preceding Congressional actions, there is compelling evidence that the SJC have violated all 6 points of 18 U.S.C. § 641 as set forth by U.S. v. Dupee, 569 F.2d 1061 (9th Cir. 1978); U.S. v. Powell, 294 F. Supp. 1353, 1355 (E.D.Va.), aff'd, 413 F.2d 1037 (4th Cir. 1968).
The Federal Government has prosecuted multiple federal employees under this statute and Congress should not be an exception.
