investigate members of congress

i think we need ton investigate all members of congress. the possibility of some of them operating in a covert black shadow government within our own if one exists is too high. please take this seriously. they group if the exist may be doing inhumane, illegal, unconstitutional and immoral experiments on human beings under the guise of ufo abductions.please investigate this possibility. if such a thing is happening and the group exists then its imperative they be shut down and stopped. for the sake of all please investigate.
