Investigate methods for women to have a greater voice in issues that primarily impact women.

Congress appears to be stuck in the mindset of men know what's best for women. It is important that women's voices are heard when more than half of the people impacted by any law or policy will be women. I do not think it's too much to ask to require a representive number of women (proportionate to those being impacted, e.g. half women if 50% women are impacted) be involved in legislation through either committee selection or those selected to testify.
Similarly it is just as important for men's voices to be heard when they are significantly impacted. I would not want a greater voice for women to come at the cost of disabling the voice of men when they have a stake as well. The only way to ensure just law is to provide a way for the American citizens impacted by the law to speak.
