The Rachel Maddow show demonstrated that Governor Ric Snyder has sole responsibility for the lead in the water of the City of Flint Michigan. (Use of poison is an apparent violation of International law.) He has been aided and abetted in a criminal enterprise by a state legislature that has passed legislation whereby Michigan Citizens have no power in the state to petition the government for redress of grievances. The governor now has the sole power to decide that a Michigan governmental entity is ineffective and to appoint a manager to replace that government entity. The manager reports solely to the Governor. If this is not rectified, a corporate CEO may be elected as President of the United States and use this Michigan Legislation as a pattern for national control.
