Current U.S. military policy in Afghanistan is that American servicemen are to "turn a blind eye" to the wholesale abduction and rape of Afghan boys by our regional allies. If service members refuse to condone this repulsive practice they face disciplinary action and/or removal from command and dismissal.
Service members are bound by the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the 11 General Orders of a Sentry. The U.C.M.J. dictates which sexual activities are unlawful and those include rape and statutory rape. The General Orders to a Sentry charge a service member with taking charge of their post and being alert and observing everything within sight and hearing.
How then are service members required to ignore the cries of children on post? This is illegal and immoral. I demand action!
