The State Attorney's Office of the State of Florida mishandled the George Zimmerman case. The entire case is an example of overreach. The original investigator recommended a lessor set of charges. The chief of police was fired for upholding the constitution. The grand jury was dismissed before they rendered a decision. A different prosecution team took the case over. The Director of IT for the State Attorneys Office was fired for doing the correct ethical thing. And the prosecutor knew it was not winnable. But the Florida State SAO has no issues destroying a man's finances and reputation. This could be "fraud waste abuse" and may rise to the level of misconduct. Enough people have been hurt, and the feds need to stop the madness.
