In light of a recently revealed missing 29 million dollars in public funds, rapidly degrading local infrastructure, multiple multi-million dollar land deals signed in Closed door City Council meetings, We, the citizens of Evansville, Indiana, and Vanderburgh County are requesting a federal investigation into possible corruption and mismanagement of public funds, concerning, but not limited to:

Public officials using their elected offices to interfere with the operations of local businesses, interference with the local news media, ignoring EPA mandates concerning the local water and sewer system, public officials using insider information benefit themselves or campaign financiers, and depriving citizens of their civil rights, using patronage appointed Law Enforcement Officers.
