Investigate: Monsanto corporation, GMO's, harmful regulations, adverse effects, and the feasibility of outlawing them.

Created by M.R. on July 22, 2013

There has been a growing concern among the citizenry about the adverse effects of genetically modified foods with little response from our government.

Many nations have outlawed GMO's and the Monsanto corporation for a multitude of reasons.

Some of these reasons are health concerns of ingesting foods which have been genetically modified to: include pesticides, produce seedless fruits, yield higher volumes for harvest, pest resistance, etc. Other reasons include the lobbying Monsanto engages in which runs counter to public welfare, insuring higher profit margins, and more of a market share for their corporation allowing the corporation to have a near monopoly.

We ask for all aspects of GMO's and the Monsanto corporation to be investigated including regulations and laws favoring them.
