We the people, in order to form a more perfect Union and establish justice, are requesting a federal investigation of Thomas Monson, as residing President and representative of The Mormon Church of Latter-Day Saints, for illegal lobbying, and fraud including tax evasion, money laundering, misrepresentation, and racketeering. This follows similar charges this week in The United Kingdom, and documents filed with The US Federal Court System with intent on denying same-sex marriage in the State of Utah. Federal law states that as a 501(c)(3) organization, one is allowed to engage only in insubstantial lobbying. As this is a civil rights matter, they are exempt. They are therefore tax liable and the allegations brought in the UK renders evident sight of prior financial fraudulent behavior.
