Investigate Mylan's Epipen price increase

Created by S.S. on September 02, 2016

Mylan has increased the cost of purchasing a life saving device, the Epipen, 500% since 2007 from 100 to 600. The device dispenses about 1.00 worth of medicine. The product has a shelf life of only 1 year. In the same amount of time, the CEO of Mylan increased her salary 670% to 18.9 Million per year. The company has a monopoly on the product, and must be stopped from forcing parents to choose between having a roof over their heads or providing life saving medicine for their children.
