The Cleveland Cavaliers have just HAPPENED to win the NBA Draft Lottery 3 out of the last 4 years since LeBron James left. The New Orleans Pelicans also won the lottery when the NBA had control of them, and also coincidentally right after their star player Chris Paul was traded away. The Federal Bureau of Investigation must take a look at how the lottery itself is carried out and should supervise the planting of the ping-pong balls, as well as the selections pulled from the cage, to ensure that there is not corruption involved in this highly suspicious lottery.
