Section 3 of the 14th Amendment makes it clear that treason according to Article III, Section iii can result in the loss of governmental position. Despite what the Oathkeepers claim, people who choose to use force rather than the political process are guilty of at least one crime under 18 USC Chapter 115.
In this regard, I would ask that you look into removing Michele Fiore from her seat on the Nevada Assembly for violations of 18 USC Chapter 115.
