New Yorkers know better than anyone else that the NYPD simply does not follow the rules laid out in the United States Constitution. The NYPD takes the liberty to stop and frisk individuals with no reasonable suspicion. The majority of these "stops" are solely based on the physical appearance of the suspect. This is unconstitutional and constitutes unreasonable "search and seizure". ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
