We would like Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC to be investigated for deceptive business practices, predatory loans, and illegal foreclosures. Homeowners who's loans were sold to Ocwen are being told that payments are late when they are not, illegally tacking on late fees, escrow money being mismanaged, HAMP approvals being denied, loan modifications being changed and illegal foreclosures. The company loses paperwork, outsources their customer service to India, have no internal departmental communication and is causing distress to homeowners who are able to pay.
